You can use the filter menu to filter by Tags on a view. You can also set different grouping options to see your tasks in a different configuration, or to hide upcoming items.
By default, tapping the names of Tags on the Filter Menu will filter that view to only show stuff with the selected tags.
In Settings, you can also turn on “Filters Toggle Exclusion”. With this setting, tapping Tags on the Filter Menu will switch between three modes: None, Include, and Exclude. Exclude mode on a filter will hide stuff that has that given tag.
Tasks can be grouped in certain ways depending on your interface. Currently, Lists and Spaces have default groupings that cannot be changed (Lists group by Heading, Spaces group by schedule).
On Today, Tasks can be grouped by None (all tasks are inline with each other), or by Space and List (tasks are divided into sections based on which list or space they’re in).
