A task is the simplest level of “something to do”.
Task names should always start with a verb, so that it immediately makes clear the action that needs to be taken in order to complete the task.

Naming tasks in this fashion helps to decrease mental fatigue while glancing through your task list. Instead of a vague list of references to different objects or subjects, your task list becomes a list of actions that need to be taken, any one of which could be acted upon immediately.
